1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rupture platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rupture provides digital software products and tools for gaming purposes. Products are delivered via license keys and a proprietary loader application. All purchases grant a personal, non-transferable, time-limited license to use the software.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • One account per person. Multiple accounts may result in a ban.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Purchases & Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a product, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required.

  • License keys are delivered instantly after payment confirmation.
  • Subscriptions are time-based (day, week, or month) and begin upon purchase.
  • No partial refunds for unused time.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 24 hours of purchase if:

  • The product is non-functional due to a bug on our end.
  • You have not activated or used the license key.

Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior contact will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

6. License & Usage

  • Each license key is bound to a single hardware ID (HWID) upon activation.
  • Sharing, reselling, or distributing license keys is strictly prohibited.
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or tampering with our software is prohibited.
  • HWID resets are limited and available through customer support.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or resell our products.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose beyond what is provided.
  • Share account credentials or license keys with third parties.
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or authentication systems.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violating these terms. Terminated accounts forfeit all remaining license time without refund.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with specific systems, or that the software will remain undetected indefinitely.

10. Limitation of Liability

Rupture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or on-site notice.
